AIRBAGS Officially Breaks Ground on Phase I 200,000‑Unit Electronic Shock Control System Project at Ninghuai Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park

On July 29, 2026, the company held a groundbreaking ceremony for Phase I of its 200,000‑unit electronic shock control system project at the Ninghuai Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park.

Phase I is designed for the production and assembly of components for 200,000 electronically controlled suspension systems for two‑wheeled vehicles, with mass production scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2027. Phase II will expand the facility to an annual capacity of 2 million units. The total investment for the construction project amounts to RMB 60 million.

Following the commencement of construction, AIRBAGS will rely on its Nanjing R&D Center to continue tackling core technologies and accelerate product development. At the same time, the company will leverage its strengths in lean manufacturing and supply chain management to foster local supporting industries and create employment opportunities. Upon reaching full production capacity, the project is expected to inject fresh momentum into the region’s high‑quality development.
